Edge Operations Managers

EDGE Operations Manager + AI-trained EVAs

We embed a Fractional COO and a full-time Operations Manager into your $2M to $50M service business to rebuild workflows, scorecards, and meeting rhythm so lead acquisition improves, sales convert, economics are healthy, & growth is mapped with a plan.

Then we fill the seats your company is missing with AI-trained EVAs (Edge Virtual Assistants): cold callers, estimators, claims support, project managers and more. Each one runs on the system and reports a number.

The system goes in first

Your Fractional COO leads the 18-week, 9-sprint install. Your Operations Manager executes it: workflows, playbooks, a role library, scorecards and a meeting rhythm.

2

Then we fill the seats

The role library shows which seats are missing. Edge fills them with AI-trained EVAs (Edge Virtual Assistants) who run on the playbooks and report on the scorecard.

FAQ

Straight answers

Do you place salespeople or closers?

No. Edge places outbound cold callers who set appointments. Your team runs the sales call and closes.

Do I need the Operations Manager before an EVA?

That is how the model works. The Operations Manager installs the workflows, playbooks and scorecard first, so every EVA walks into a defined seat with a number to hit.

What does AI-trained mean?

Before placement, every EVA completes Edge's pre-placement training: an AI track, core skills and a role track such as claims. AI speeds up the work. The EVA owns the result on the scorecard.

How do I know an EVA is performing?

Each seat has a scorecard number. Your Operations Manager reviews it every week in the meeting rhythm, so you see the number, not a status update.

Who manages the EVAs day to day?

Your Operations Manager. EVAs run on the playbooks your OM installed and report into the weekly meeting rhythm, so nothing routes back to you.

Which industries do you work with?

Owner-led service businesses nationwide: roofing, restoration, public adjusting, HVAC, plumbing, landscaping, property management, accounting firms and medical practices.

What does it cost?

Every company needs a different set of seats, so we cover investment on the call.

Medical and legal seats: do EVAs make clinical or legal decisions?

No. Medical seats are nonclinical and follow the practice's privacy and security policies. Legal seats give no legal advice.

Find out which seats your company needs.

One call. We map your constraint, the system it needs and the seats to fill.
